  • We understand that life happens, and we want to offer you the flexibility you need. If you decide to cancel your Unlimited Toxins Membership, you can do so before your first treatment for a full refund. After 90 days from the day of enrollment, you may still cancel by sending an email to info.skinphilosophy@gmail.com. Your membership will be canceled once all payments related to the quarterly visits have been received.

    Please note that annual memberships are non-refundable after your first treatment. Allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed, and eligible refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

  • 1. A consultation may be required to determine the exact number of units needed.

    2. This purchase is valid only for the areas listed and cannot be applied to other areas.

    3. Membership can be canceled anytime before your first treatment.

    4. Membership cannot be canceled within the first three months or after your first treatment.

    5. For monthly payments, cancellations cannot be processed until all payments related to the three quarterly visits have been received.

    6. Units cannot be carried over or banked for future quarters or visits.

    7. You are eligible to schedule one treatment every three months, with a maximum of four visits per year.

    8. Valid treatment areas include Glabella, Crow's Feet, Forehead, Lip Flip, or Gummy Smile.

    9. Not valid for masseters (jawline slimming, teeth grinding), platysmal bands (NeckFix), axillary hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), migraines, other areas, or treatments not listed above.
