1. Before Your First Treatment:

- You can cancel your membership anytime before your first treatment for a full refund of the annual membership fee.

2. After Your First Treatment:

- Once the first treatment has been completed, the membership is non-refundable. No cancellations or refunds will be processed after this point.

Please note that annual memberships are non-refundable after your first treatment. Allow up to 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed, and eligible refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.

1. A consultation may be required to assess your suitability for the Fotona Active Acne and Inflammation Treatment.

2. The annual membership fee is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

3. Membership can be canceled for a full refund only if the cancellation occurs before your first treatment.

4. Once the first treatment is completed, the membership fee is non-refundable, and no further cancellations or refunds will be processed.

5. Each treatment session incurs a $50 charge, which is separate from the annual membership fee.
